| The Santinelli Wedding @ Rena’s Upstairs|

The beautiful candle lit autumn evening wedding took place as a quaint ceremony at Rena’s Upstairs. The ceremony was held for only close friends and family where they gathered around as this lovely couple exchanged their vows. The bride wanted a boutique filled with eucalyptus and garden roses, since her favorite flower, the peony, was not available at this time of year. Her bouquet included all the two types of eucalyptus, seeded and silver dollar, along with a glorious selection of white and ivory garden roses; which look very similar to a peony but are available year round. I also used a few light pink spray roses and touches of pampas grass which as other focal flowers in the wedding. Stalks of pampas grass in the front entryway and the ceremony area were used to create a simple and chic backdrop against the restaurants exposed white brick. A large corner bar piece was feature at the entry and was filled with the brides signature flowers and colors. Fresh butter yellow stock, pink hypericum berries, cat tails, and variety of garden roses filled the farmhouse urn. Each guest table had a rustic Italian farmhouse style of greenery displayed in the middle of the table with a trio of glass luminaries. We also used the same style of greenery to tieback all of the highboy tablecloths to create an dramatic look and add more greenery accents, throughout the entire venue. The sweethearts table featured the same mix of eucalyptus draped along the front edge of the table, along with staggered height of luminary vases to create a romantic twilight affect. The naked style of rustic iced cake had a rustic ring of eucalyptus greenery around the base only to keep things simple and all eyes focused on the happy couple.
