What does your dream elopement wedding look like? Would you be surrounded by all your closet friends and family, under a beautiful waterfall on a warm autumn day? That was exactly what this beautiful couples wish was, and it was truly breathtaking. Simple bouquets of only babies breath bound with baby blue striped neckties the same ones the that groomsmen, their son’s, were wearing. The groomsmen boutonnieres were just a miniature versions of the bouquets, made into boutonniere form stems ribbon wrapped with ivory satin ribbon to hide the magnet backs for easy attachment since it was a private location elopement. Babies breath was also the select flower of choice in the bride’s traditional all white bouquet as well; which had exactly 7 white garden roses, to represent each of their 7 children. As you can see this wedding was more about the sacred and spiritual representation meaning for this beautiful couple. I echoed two smaller white spray roses into the grooms boutonnieres to represent the bond they share. The bridesmaids, all her daughters, added some fresh babies pieces to add into their hair, for that fresh natural vibe as they stood under a arbor of flowing draped muslin cloth. Later at the reception a simple greenery was all that I added to the beautiful single tier rustic iced cake, created by a close family friend, to keep things simple, chic and fresh.
