WEDDINGS

Meg + Kerc

| The Hamill Wedding @ Country Club of The South |

This classic and ultra modern, stylized spring wedding was the perfect choice for this “second time’s a charm” couple. They could not decided between eloping to the islands or a small intimate gathering of friends and family. Even though the affair took place at very well known traditional southern country club, it clearly took a very artistic eye to create this chic look that could have easily been transferred to a haute New York style event. The brides bouquet featured a smart mix of white Tulips, Dendrobium Orchids, Polo and Vendella roses, along with touches of pale pink wax flowers, Larkspur and English Ivy. To add just a touch more stylized drama I added bear grass loops with a full satin ribbon wrap and pearl buttons.  The grooms boutonniere was a single Polo rose with a Dendrobium Orchid, pale pink wax flower and Ivy. The couple exchanged their vows in front on a large double sided fireplace that I added a long fresh garland filled with their wedding flowers and staggered candles. In the reception all there were several large buffet pieces, which had a white mix of Casablanca lilies, Larkspur, Belles of Ireland, Dendrobium Orchids, Vendella and Polo Roses, and draping English Ivy. The table centerpieces were large bouquets of white tulips accented with bear grass loops surround with votive candles ambiance.
