| The Sword Wedding @ The Wheeler House |

Welcome to this beautiful “Vert Style” farmhouse wedding held at The Wheeler house in downtown Ball Ground, where this sweet couple exchanged their vows during a quaint mid-week ceremony. The ceremony was held for only close friends and family where they gathered around a handmade octagonal arbor, made by the groom himself. The arbor was adorned with two asymmetrical styled sprays filled with the focal greenery of eucalyptus, one of the bride’s favorite things, and green was the color story of the wedding. Shades of eucalyptus green, silver sage, and small touches navy were the signature colors of the day and filled the brides bouquet and all floral arrangements. Her green or “vert” bouquet included all the types of eucalyptus; cupped, seeded, silver dollar and standard along with a vast selection of white roses, brunia berries, stock and wax flower. I used four main types of white roses which included Polo, Polar Star, Tibet and Snowflakes to fulfill the brides undying love of pure white roses. They were also used to create all of the bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements for her special day. Inside of the barn the reception table centerpieces were a compilation of glass triad vases with floating candles intermixed among mason jars filled with the bridesmaids bouquets. They were all sat on top of fresh cut tree ring risers, which were cut, sanded, and sealed by the groom himself. The centerpieces were surrounded with a flat lay garland mixture of silver dollar eucalyptus and seasonal cupped seeded eucalyptus. The main focal mantle behind the couples sweethearts table was filled with a vert style garland of eucalyptus, pretty white wax  flowers, white stock and the signature roses. I added multiple layers of floating candles in varying heights of glass vases tucked into the garland to create an ambient romantic backdrop to match the same floral on the front of the sweethearts table. The rustic iced cake had several small corsages of matching flowers added to base of their custom topper and to smaller corsages to flank the front while the table had more of the theme green to dress up the base.
